With over 30 years of experience in finance, consulting, private equity, and general management, Ngozi held leadership roles at Actis LLP&#8217;s West Africa business and served on the Board of Diamond Bank Plc. She holds a B.A in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
