Career & Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abubakar is chairperson of NIPOST Board. She is also a lawyer by training. She started out with a career in the public sector with Corporate Affairs Commission. She held the positions of Assistant Manager and Team Leader for almost four years before she resigned to venture into private enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n

After she resigned, she established Tozali Magazine and Tozali Television.\u00a0 She started the magazine 13 years ago to promote women. The magazine was then followed by Tozali TV, which is a lifestyle and cultural entertainment channel with focus on culture, family, drama series, movies, music, youth, fashion and style.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was launched in 2019, broadcasting in Hausa (70%) English (20%), from Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. She also has a law firm called Limestone Solicitor, established in 2007.<\/span><\/p>\n

She also has a foundation-Tozali Girl Child and Women Foundation, a charity organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

She graduated from the Bayero University Kano, where she studied Law – LLB, BL, MBCL, Business and Commercial Law. Abubakar is the Managing Director of Tozali TV.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tozali TV, like the magazine was to promote women, especially women from northern Nigeria, to showcase their lifestyle, culture, and achievements.<\/span><\/p>\n
