Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mbah holds a PhD from the University of Benin, which she obtained in 2003.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She is a Professor of Home Economics, College of Applied Food Sciences and Tourism, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She headed the Department of Home Economics from 2014 &#8211;
