She is a Professor of Food Chemistry in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Career &amp; Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She became the Head of Department of Food Science and Technology in UNN in 2008, a position she held till 2011. She was also Dean, College of Food Science and Technology from 2007-2008 in the University of Mkar, Mkar, Benue State.
