Between 1998 and 2002, she attended Manchester Business School, Manchester, where she obtained an MBA in Finance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Career &amp; Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her areas of specialisation in agriculture include agro-processing, farming, project management and consulting. She works with CEOs, non-profits and investors to process locally farmed produce into quality, gluten-free food products and spices for health conscious and gluten-intolerant persons.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior to venturing into agriculture, Achingale was a banker with decades of experience in that sector. She has served as a Mentor in the WIMBIZ and the University of Manchester Gold Mentoring programmes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Achingale is a member of several professional bodies where she holds various positions.
