She was a pioneer,\u00a0Director\u00a0of the Institute of\u00a0Education\u00a0from 2004 to 2008; Director\u00a0Consultancy Services between 2008 and\u00a02009,\u00a0Dean Faculty of Education\u00a0from 2009 to 2011 and\u00a0Director,\u00a0Centre for Gender Security Studies &amp; Youth\u00a0Advancement from 2011 to 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She is an Executive Member and Director of affiliates engagement at the Commonwealth Council of Educational Administration and Management.
