She obtained her PhD from Olabisi\u00a0Onabanjo\u00a0University, Ago\u00a0Iwoye, in 2010.\u00a0 She was the Dean of Students Affairs since 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She was Director, Centre for Human Rights and Gender Education (CHURGE).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She is an active member of\u00a0the Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON). Her current research is on the use of\u00a0counselling\u00a0strategies\u00a0in the enhancement of students\u2019 poor academic performance. She is a professor of Counselling Psychology at Tai Solarin University of Education with specialisation and an interest in the enhancement of academic achievement and adolescent psychology.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She has worked with students and supervised several undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. She was an external examiner at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) as well as Babcock University, Ilishan Remo.
