She obtained her PhD from the University of Ibadan in 1988, Bachelors and master\u2019s degrees in Educational Evaluation also from the institution. She was Head of\u00a0Department from 1998-2001; Director Institute of Education between 2001 and 2004, and Director, Centre for\u00a0Sandwich programme from 2010-2012.
