She obtained her doctorate degree from the University of Wales College of\u00a0Cardill, the UK in 1988. \u00a0She was Head of the Department of Educational Management and Planning from 2001 to 2003, and Deputy Dean of\u00a0Education between 2006 and 2010.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FICA). Her research works were centred on the utilisation of resources for quality delivery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In one of her works titled \u201cRefocusing teachers\u2019 education in Nigeria: Challenges and innovations, Ebong expressed concern about the fallen standards of education in Nigeria and the need to focus on teacher education.
