Idogho is a strong community and social services professional with a PhD in Educational Management from Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idogho, popular for not taking nonsense from students and staff made a name for herself by sweeping the polytechnic clean of cultism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On becoming the Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Idogho introduced some policies to better the image of the institution which was already battered by cult activities and lecturers\u2019 ineptitude and negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before her intervention, many graduates of the polytechnic for decades had graduated without being offered diploma certificates or statements of results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idogho also changed the way teachers handle students\u2019 examination scripts and ensured that results were released as soon as students complete the examination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills Utilisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She will be a good resource on management and administration of higher institutions.
