Flourish Gate Global Consult Adekogbe\u00a0works as a school growth improvement strategist and management consultant for the education sector.<\/p>\n<p>She is also a trainer, public speaker, author, education management consultant, and strategist for school improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Adekogbe offers advice to educational institutions, carries out staff evaluation and appraisal exercises for schools, supervises employees, provides inspectorate services, and hires staff for educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p>She has conducted research on topics such as curriculum harmonisation and development, as well as the creation of operating manuals for schools.<\/p>\n<p>Between November 2001 until March 2007, Adekogbe served as Head of School at the Supreme Education Foundation, among other
