During her tenure at Harvard Law School, she pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree specialising in Energy Law, Environmental Policy, International Law, Business and Human Rights, and Corporations Law.
She achieved honors in International Law, International Human Rights, Environmental Law and Policy, and Counter-Terrorism Legal. Over her 15-year legal career, she has been deeply involved in researching and advocating for social and economic rights, with extensive work across Africa, Europe, North America, and South America.
Victoria has led research investigations, exposed human rights violations, and contributed to the formulation and analysis of social and economic policies at various levels—national, regional, and international. Additionally, she serves on the boards of several national and international non-governmental organizations.
