Victoria Abiola Ajayi holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, which she earned in 2023, complementing her Master’s degree in Financial Management from Liverpool John Moores University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). With close to two decades of experience, Ajayi has established herself as a skilled business leader and certified chartered accountant, specialising in financial management, strategic leadership, and business operations. As the CEO of a leading media and broadcast company, she manages two television channels and several radio stations, overseeing the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the business. Her responsibilities include driving revenue growth, financial stability, and operational success across the firm.

Victoria’s career trajectory includes serving in senior leadership roles such as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance, where she led financial restructuring efforts, optimised business operations, and contributed to significant business growth. Her extensive experience has equipped her with the ability to solve complex business challenges while maintaining profitability and sustainability. Alongside her corporate responsibilities, she actively serves on the boards of a gender finance fintech firm, an asset management company, and as a member of the Global Governing Council of the ACCA. She is also deeply passionate about women’s leadership, having founded the Accounting Women’s Network in Nigeria (ACCA WNN) to mentor and empower aspiring female leaders.
