Career & Expertise

Onyechi, who obtained a PhD from the King’s College, the University of London in 1995, is a Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  She is a member of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria and the Association of Nigerian Dietitians.

Her current research is on the use of locally available food crops in the management and treatment of non-communicable diseases.
