Career & Expertise

Prof. Zarafi obtained a PhD from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2004. She is a Professor of Plant Pathology in the Faculty of the Agriculture of the same university. She was head the of department between 2012 and 2016, and a member of the Nigerian Society for Plant Protection.

Her current research is on bio-control and bio-degradable pesticides against plant pathogens.
