Owen Omogiafo is the President and CEO of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria. With a strong background in organizational development, human capital management, banking, change management, and hospitality, Owen brings over two decades of corporate experience to her role.
She holds a B.Sc. in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Benin, an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has completed executive education programs at Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Spain.
Owen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK, and a Certified Change Manager with the Prosci Institute, USA. Recognized as one of Africa’s top 100 Female CEOs, she is known for her visionary leadership and strategic acumen.
