Olaitan Martins holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. As Group Executive overseeing Transaction Banking at FirstBank of Nigeria, she focuses on automating Wholesale Corporate business processes and digitizing Client interface activities. With over 20 years of banking experience, Olaitan has held leadership positions in various financial institutions, including Investment Banking & Trust Limited, Intercontinental Bank Limited, IBTC Asset Management Limited, and Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
