Oladipo can better be described as a bridge builder, using her knowledge to elevate women and closing the gender gap in various sectors through technology.  With a belief that women are outnumbered in the technology industry in Nigeria by a ratio of 9 to 1, Oladepo helps combat the biases through Tech4Dev.

Oladipo had B.Sc. in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. She is the Executive Director of Tech4Dev, a Nigerian-based non-profit set up to bridge the gender gap in the tech sector. For Oladipo, the road to social entrepreneurship began when she was an MBA student at Pan-Atlantic University’s Lagos Business School. She initially thought she wanted to be a management consultant, but after an internship in consulting at Accenture, she changed focus.
