Mulikat Akande-Adeola studied law between 1979 and 1982 at Ahmadu Bello University. In 1983, she received a call to the Nigerian Bar. She then pursued her LLM at the University of Lagos between 1984 and 1985.
Career & Expertise
She joined politics in 1999 as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party. In 2007, she was elected into the House of Representatives, representing Ogbomosho North, South and Orire Federal Constituency and was a member of the ECOWAS parliament from 2007 to 2011.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), and International Bar Association.
