Eraikhuemen, a Professor of Education within the Faculty of Education at the University of Benin, Benin City, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Benin in 2006.

During her tenure, she served as Assistant Dean of Education from 2009 to 2014 and subsequently held the position of Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instructional Technology from 2016 to 2018. She is an active member of the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education (IGPME).

Presently, Eraikhuemen holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instructional Technology at the University of Benin, accumulating 16 years of experience in university teaching and research.

Her research endeavors encompass gender and women studies, curriculum development, and instruction, resulting in over 30 publications across various local, national, and international journals.
