Eghosa Oriaikhi Mabhena boasts over two decades of global experience in the Energy industry. She has served as an ExCo and Company Director of Puma Energy, closely collaborating with shareholders and the board across nominated committees. Eghosa led as the CEO for Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Global Aviation, and Global Lubricants businesses for Puma Energy, overseeing a $7 billion business spanning 44 countries and managing close to 3000 employees.

Before her tenure at Puma Energy, she was an Executive Director at Baker Hughes, a GE Company, leading business units across Europe, Africa, Russia Caspian, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Eghosa holds a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School in Spain and a Masters and Bachelors qualification in Mechanical Engineering from University College London, UK.

She started her career in Engineering Design and Research & Development for the oil and gas industry and completed her Project Management Professional Certification in Houston, Texas, USA. She is also the founder of AWEinEnergy, an organization focused on advancing women to CEO and C-Suite positions within the sector, and she previously held a board position on The Boardroom Africa.
