Madumere-Obike is an experienced professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is skilled in lecturing and educational technology.  

She obtained her doctorate degree from the University of Port Harcourt in 1994, she was the associate Dean of the Faculty of Education from 2010 to 2014 and is currently the Head of the Department of Educational Management in the Faculty of Education, University of Port Harcourt. Her professional and academic emphasis has been focused on research and practice in educational administration. As further proof of his expertise, competence, and knowledge in her field of specialisation, she made her professorship in 2011.
