Badejo is a Professor of Counselling Psychology in the Faculty of Education, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. She obtained her PhD from the University of Lagos in 1998 as well as her master’s degree in 1988, while she attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria for her bachelor’s degree between 1984 and 1986 after her National Certificate in Education programme.  She was Dean of Education between 2014 and 2016. 

She is a member of the International Society for Policy Research School-Based Counselling (ISPRESC).

Skills Utilisation

Her current research is on childhood sexual abuse and the mothering abilities of young women. She can be contacted on issues of the girl-child, teaching, and mentoring.
