Wuraola is currently the Director, Policy & Partnerships for Africa at New Globe and a past Executive Director of Junior Achievement Nigeria (JA Nigeria). With a doctorate in Educational Psychology, Kunbi has nearly three decades of experience in the education and development sectors.

She has worked with governments and private organisations across Africa to drive education reforms through partnerships that ensure sustainable impact.

In 2001, Kunbi made history by becoming the first female National President of Junior Chamber International [Nigeria]. She has membership affiliations with several organisations, such as Women In Business, Management and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a Fellow of the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University and has basic-level French as a second language.
