Funke Amobi is a globally recognised Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience spanning the Oil & Gas, Banking, and Telecommunications sectors. As a thought leader in HR, she has received multiple awards and accolades, including being named among the 100 Most Influential HR Persons Globally by Times Ascent India in 2017.
Currently, Funke serves as the Deputy Head of Operations for Stanbic IBTC Bank, where she oversees core banking operations, shared service delivery, enterprise data management, and business transformation. Prior to this role, she was the Regional Head for People & Culture for Nigeria and West Africa at Standard Bank Group, where she shaped the people and culture strategy across six countries.
