Esther is the visionary behind the Esther Child Rights Foundation, a non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2009. Through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as the Lagos State Government and its agencies, including the Ministry of Justice, the Office of the Public Defender (O.P.D.), the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), and the Nigerian Police Force, Esther spearheads the cause of women and children seeking justice for rights violations, particularly in cases of rape and domestic violence.
The foundation offers comprehensive support services, including counseling, rehabilitation, and legal aid, particularly for indigent victims provided free by the Lagos State Office of the Public Defender. Esther, armed with a degree in Business Administration, is committed to facilitating the rehabilitation and reintegration of victims back into society.
Best way to utilise her skills: Violence against women and girls and the challenges inherent in getting justice.
