Okah-Donli, a Nigerian lawyer, chartered secretary, and administrator, previously served as the Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP). She is also the founder of the Julie Donli Kidney Foundation, an NGO dedicated to supporting individuals with kidney disease.
She obtained both a diploma and a degree in Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and was called to the Bar in 1992.
Throughout her career, Okah-Donli has been a vocal advocate for increased funding to combat human trafficking and emphasised the importance of inter-agency collaboration in addressing this issue.
During her tenure as DG of NAPTIP, she oversaw the inauguration of a Whistle Blowing Policy for Human Trafficking.
