She graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, earning a B.Sc. in Human Psychology. Additionally, she obtained an Associate of Science in Nursing and Midwifery from LUTH. With over 20 years of experience in human rights, health activism, research, and community development, she focuses on providing self-empowering counseling information and leadership skills to girls and women at the grassroots level.
Ironsi is a distinguished alumna of several institutions, including the African Women Leadership Institute (AWULI) in Ghana (2002), the Brown International Advanced Research Institute in the USA (2012), and the program on Documenting Violence Against Women During Armed Conflicts in Uganda (2004–2005).
She has collaborated with both local and international organizations in various capacities and remains an active member of numerous development networks.
