As a Senior Partner at Primera Africa Legal, she leads the Corporate Governance and Compliance Practice, where her expertise significantly enhances legal advisory services.
Specialising in International Tax Law, Maritime Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Capital Market Transactions, Alabi has been instrumental in advising on Nigeria’s leading commercial deals. Her extensive portfolio includes high-value transactions across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, banking, hospitality, telecommunications, maritime, and energy.
She is not only an experienced Arbitrator and an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator but also a trailblazer in legal leadership. She made history as the first female President of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association from 2011 to 2013, overseeing a body of lawyers from 54 countries. Also, she has held significant roles on various boards, including ALFA International and Just Commerce Vehicles Ltd, where she serves as Chairman.
