She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) (UK) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD) and the Institute of Management Consultants.

A former Human Resources and Corporate Services Executive at MTN Nigeria, she is known for her expertise in strategic human resource management, legal advisory, and organisational transformation.

She is the Managing Consultant at AKMS Consulting and a partner at Oyagbola Chambers. She is also the Founder and Chairperson of Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR), a leadership network for professional women. She serves on various boards and advocates for gender equity and inclusion. Her contributions to the telecommunications sector and leadership development have earned her numerous awards, including the HR People Magazine Lifetime Achievement Award and the ALTON Award.
