Ngozi is a committed feminist serving as the Project Director at Vision Spring Initiatives, an organization dedicated to integrating gender equality and participatory leadership principles into Nigeria’s educational landscape. With extensive experience in research, she specialises in non-governmental leadership, gender studies, organisational development, and human rights.
Her research and advocacy efforts span national, regional, and international levels, focusing on advancing the rights of women and girls.
Previously, Ngozi held roles as the Administrative and Finance Manager at Baobab for Women’s Human Rights, later transitioning to become its point person for sexual and reproductive health and rights.
She is an active member of the African Women’s Development and Communications Network (FEMNET) and serves on the board of many organisations in Nigeria, including the Coalition for the Defense of Sexual Rights.
