With over 40 years of legal experience, Ndaguba is renowned as the inaugural Director-General of NAPTIP. She obtained her education from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife, and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. As the First Executive Secretary/Director-General of NAPTIP, she played a pivotal role in addressing human trafficking and related issues.
Throughout her extensive career, Ndaguba has provided legal counsel to various Nigerian ministries, including Finance, Transport, Mines and Power, and Police Affairs. In 2003, she was appointed as the Federal Director of Public Prosecutions in Nigeria, showcasing her expertise and leadership in the legal domain.
