Sanyade Okoli, the CEO of Alpha African Advisory, brings over 30 years of financial advisory, private equity, corporate, commercial, and management finance and auditing experience to the table. With a background that includes roles at Ocean & Oil Holdings (OOH) and British Telecom, Sanyade has led many advisory transactions and served on various boards.
She holds a Master’s degree from Cambridge University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
Sanyade has played a key role in numerous advisory transactions, including overseeing the restructuring of debt for an oil and gas company, providing counsel on a public-private partnership transportation project, and facilitating the acquisition of a controlling stake in a distressed Nigerian bank by one of the country’s top three banks. She was also a senior team member involved in raising the Travant Private Equity Fund (TPEF1) in 2007.
Currently, she serves on the Board of Dorman Long Engineering (DLE), an energy services portfolio company of the Fund. Sanyade earned a Master’s degree from Cambridge University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
