Ngozi Edozien currently serves as the Managing Director of InVivo Partners Ltd, a principal investment and advisory firm focusing on venture, early-stage, and SME businesses. She also leads Physio Centers of Africa (Nigeria), a healthcare startup she co-founded. With over 30 years of experience in finance, consulting, private equity, and general management, Ngozi held leadership roles at Actis LLP’s West Africa business and served on the Board of Diamond Bank Plc. She holds a B.A in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ngozi is a member of several board committees, including the Statutory Audit Committee, Board IT Committee, and Board Risk Management Committee.
