Profile:

Mayen Adetiba is the Principal Partner of Delkem Associates, a Consulting Engineering firm, and Chairman/Managing Director of Mayad Limited. She was the first woman elected to the Executive Committee of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and has led the engineering profession in Nigeria and beyond. Mayen studied Electrical Electronics at New York University before switching to Civil Engineering at Columbia University and obtaining a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. She is a fellow of several professional bodies and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Footwear Accessories Manufacturing and Distribution Plc. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director at 11 plc (formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc) and on the boards of NPDC-NNPC and Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL).
