Longe’s journey to the Force was inspired by the police practice in the United States of America. She did an internship at the New York Police Defence Academy, and that piqued her interest in serving her country through the Nigeria Police Force.

She has risen through the ranks, serving in several capacities to become the Commissioner of Police, Railway Command Headquarters, Ebute Metta, Lagos.
