Odili is not just an officer of the law working with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, she is a seasoned professional with practical experience and knowledge in the development and implementation of strategies in drug control. She has been with NDLEA for over 21 years. She is also an author.

She has worked as a coordinating officer for the national coordination unit of the Drug Control Master Plan.
