Ibrahim is a social and media entrepreneur with over 13 years of media experience working in broadcast journalism.
She won the Global Ambassador for Peace Award and was a Nominee for the Best TV News Reporter at the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Awards.
She currently works with African Independent Television as an Environment and Water Resources Correspondent and was one of the anchors for the breakfast show ‘KaKaaki the African Voice,’ which airs every weekday where she engaged with guests on key issues across the country and globally.
Ibrahim had her University Education at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where she studied Mass Communications and graduated with honours.
She was a researcher with the Baobab for Women’s Human Rights.
Worthy of note is her documentary on the ECOWAS Parliament in 2010 and the Ogoni Oil Spill in 2012 as aired on AIT.
