Career & Expertise
Orji, a Professor of Food Science and Technology in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, obtained a PhD from the same university in 2001. She headed the Food Science and Technology Department between 2013 and 2015.
She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology. She is currently researching malting/fermentation and edible insects in the production of complementary foods, beverages, gluten-free bread, cassava and yam products.
