Career & Expertise

Hart is a professor of education in the Faculty of Education, Ignatius Ajuru, University of Education; Port Harcourt. 

She obtained her doctorate degree from the University of Port Harcourt in 1989 and also did her Bachelors and Masters degrees at the same institution. She was the Dean of Education between 2004 and 2008, and is currently the Director, Consultancy Unit.
