Udensi holds a PhD from the University of Nigeria (2010). She was a Deputy University Librarian and Member, NUC Accreditation Committee, Federal  University  of Technology (FUT), Minna.

She is a member of Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN) (2011), Her current research is on Africana Resources Utilisation in Nigerian universities.
