Morounfayo Williams is the Managing Consultant of Simply Exponential Consult Ltd. and the Co-founder of the health and safety company Rely Supply Limited. She has educated and supervised start-ups and SMEs across a range of industries. She is a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Board.

Williams has held a variety of positions including Head of Pharmaceutical Planning, Projects and Procurement Unit at the Health Aid Limited, Lagos, from August 1984 to December 1985, Consultant Pharmacist with the Elstow Nig. Limited from January 1986 to March 1987, and Consultant Pharmacist with the Elstow Nig.
