The goal of Dr. Egbe Osifo-passion Dawodu’s project is to use innovation to provide access to high-quality products, services, and healthcare. She founded the Anadach Group and currently serves as the product line leader for management consulting and healthcare service improvement. Hospital reorganization, due diligence assessment, strategic planning, and execution are her main areas of interest.
Prior to this, Dr. Osifo-Dawodu served as a consultant for the Innovation Practice at the World Bank Institute. Before that, she contributed to the creation and launch of the African University of Science and Technology, Abuja, a Pan African University with graduate students from more than 20 different African nations. She was one of the founding members of the Nelson Mandela Institution’s management team.
Additionally, Dr. Osifo-Dawodu collaborated on healthcare initiatives in the US and South Africa with Booz, Allen and Hamilton. The World Bank Institute published her book “Establishing Private Health Care Facilities in Developing Countries: A Guide for Medical Entrepreneurs” in 2007. She has also written numerous articles and contributed to books.
A joint project of the World Bank, African Development Bank, and African Union, the E-Transform Africa Study, included Dr. Osifo-Dawodu as an expert reviewer for the health sector.
She frequently receives invitations to peer review grants and journal articles on emerging market health.
