She attended University of Lagos between 1989 and 1992, where she obtained a bachelor of science degree in Biology Science/Education.

Between 1993 and 1995, Adekogbe obtained a master’s degree in Education Administration.

Adekogbe offers advice to educational institutions, carries out staff evaluation and appraisal exercises for schools, supervises employees, provides inspectorate services, and hires staff for educational institutions.

She has conducted research on topics such as curriculum harmonisation and development, as well as the creation of operating manuals for schools.

Between November 2001 until March 2007, Adekogbe served as Head of School at the Supreme Education Foundation, among other positions.
