Ogunde is the founder and CEO of three organizations: the Concerned Parents and Educators (CPE) network, Total School Support Exhibition (TOSSE), and Edumark Consult. She has spent more than a decade in this position repeatedly confronting the biggest issues in the educational field.

As a blue ocean strategy, she changed her focus to education marketing (Edumark). Her business also organised exhibits, provided advisory services, and published a trade publication listing the top universities. Educational organisations collaborated with Ogunde if they wanted to promote their institution and raise their profile.

She is, without a doubt, the major link between educators, clients, and industry authorities.

She has held various reporting positions with various organisations, including the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and later the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS). She then founded Goals & Ideas, which has expanded into a group of businesses that now include Edumark, Brand Connection, and 360.com.
